Intellectual migration and Russian diaspora
After falling the "iron curtain" in the mid 80s Russian scientists
got a freedom of border crossing and, at the same time, a choice of
where to continue their scientific carreers.
Many of them, especially young 20-30 years old scientists,
relocated to the West for permanent or contract job.
What do they do? What are their problems? Do they have links to
homeland? What do they think about possibility to continue
scientific work in Russia?
Those and many other questions of intellectual migration are in the focus
of Center ISTINA analytics' attention.
Important information for the analysis we get from WWW-sites of
Russian diaspora throughout the world.
